To identify the product a brand can be known as a name, term, sign, symbol or a design. This is extremely important in the fact that the audience can distinguish artists a part, and there genre for instance. Music branding uses a song to make a connection to the product and also the sound if to reinforce brand identity. Branding is about a creating an image that has a connection and people can particularly link to a type of product. A key element of creating a successful brand is consistency across the range of products.
I think that branding is important to our genre because it differentiates the genre from other genres. More audiences will realise and notice the genre immediately using a brand and its the easiest way.
