Conclusion To My Evaluation. Natalie.

     As you can see throughout my evaluation of different questions I have explained our final product fully and included all the main bits about what was asked of me.     
     In conclusion to our final product, overall I am very pleased with the work we have produced. Firsly, I believe that me and my partner Joanna made a great team and equally put our ideas in and took each others on board too. We gave eachother great help and support, we agreed on same things which made it easier and I am happy that we continuosly met all the deadlines of our work throughout different stages. Completing this piece of coursework has personally helped me to learn that with managing my time things become alot easier and you feel like you have done a better job.
Creating the music video has been extremely fun to do with the all the research, planning and evaluation stages and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially the filiming, editing and being able to use different media technologies. I am also very glad that we decided on the certain genre and brand image we did as I think it has given us plenty of advantages with different shots and editing we have had to choose from. For example, following our brand image for our printwork, our artists brand image of, sophisticated, individual and delicate, this allowed us to complete some great photos with fantastic quality. I believe both our music video and printwork link very well which is what you need when doing something like this.
     If I had the choice of changing one thing within our music video, it would be being able to use a better quality camera for our filming out on location, we were unfortunate to not be able to do this. However the camera we used allowed us to get some brilliant shots and with a bit of brightness and contrast whilst editing the video made it look really good, especially with how the candle out artist carries reflects on her in the dark. One thing I love about our video is the candle our artist always has throughout with her. I love how we cleverly made this candle a metaphor of her heart, following the name of the song 'Jar of Hearts'.
     Finally, I truly believe we have made a fantastic piece of work and the results from our audience feedback makes me think this even more. Even though if we had the chance of doing it again we would make some slight changes, I think what we have now for the final product is still extremely good and I am very pleased with mine and my partners work from over the last few months.

Introduction To My Evaluation. Natalie.

For my evaluation, firstly I will include a directors commentary video that me and my partner equally created. Secondly, for my individual evaluation I will be producing two slideshows, the first one being about branding in general, music branding and branding of our product. My second slideshow will be about our audience feedbacks. My final evaluation question will be a blog post of me discussing about the media technologies we used to create our final product, what we did on them and whether they were helpful to me or not.

Overall i am extremely pleased with what we have produced and how we have met all deadlines. I has been an enjoyable experience, creating a music video, understand the different computer programmes that we needed to use, and calming ourselves when things go wrong. Also it has helped me with understanding  time managment with the filming and editing our work. I am happy with the female we used because she fit our genre perfectly and looked gorgeous in the video and the photographs. The story was continuously engaging in the video, and i love how the candle sets the mood. The ancillary tasks worked really well and linked to our video massively.
The only thing i would like to change within our video would be the fact that the female was unable to play the piano, and this was obvious, and also i would change the video camera we used as it was blurry, and didnt focus where we would like it to.
However i think we have created a brilliant piece of work, that all connects and shows the story between the video and ancillary tasks.

In my evaluation me and my partner filmed our directors commentary talking about our product, the genre, the different theories, and also our ancillary tasks. I will be producing two powerpoint presentations which will consist of branding, and talking about our audience feedback. The final question will be about what technologies we used, and how we used them.

Question 2: Good use of stills and images.

Before you look at your products - define branding and brand image - what real examples did you look at? (Artists and their brand image) - Remember you can use your research on your blog to do this!

Outline your brand image (3/4 words) then explain how you pushed this through your three products.

Question Three: Excellent use of quotes and evidence from your research.

Remember to include graphs and charts from the final feedback - use this to sum up how effective/real/professional you feel the final products are ( the whole brand campaign.)
